Saifali Haji, twin brother of Zeyna, serves as the co-president of Meezan Connection. Motivated by their father's legacy, he joined the organization to raise awareness about educational inequality in Pakistan. His primary objective is to promote the values his father instilled in him to the kids in the weekly lessons. He also wishes to leverage his coding and robotics expertise grow the operation. Saifali is responsible for managing the technological operations of the non-profit, overseeing the organization's website and graphics. He also plays a crucial role in managing the overall operations of the charity.

Zeyna came up with the idea to develop a non-profit organization to honor her late father, who passed away in mid-2022. Her father was a strong advocate for education and giving back to where he came from. Zeyna seeks to continue his legacy by establishing this charity and institute weekly lessons with the kids of Meezan. She has incorporated the life lessons he taught her into the organization's mission to give the kids an education outside the standard. Zeyna has shown a natural talent and passion for business from a young age, and she is responsible for managing the business operations and finances of the non-profit. Additionally, she handles the marketing strategy and ensures that the funds are properly allocated.

Zahra proposed the idea of adding a blog to the non-profit. With her background in literature and journalism, as a editor for the Peninsula High School Newspaper, she saw the opportunity to provide a platform for the students at Meezan School to showcase their creativity and ingenuity. Zahra is responsible for managing the blog, leading the editing process, and overseeing the posting of content. She also works closely with the children, in developing the content they post. In addition, she helps manage organization of the curriculum displayed in the weekly lessons taught to the kids
